Floor, Shower, and Tub Tile is set
Your tile is going in; your home is about 11-12 weeks out from closing.
Exterior Brick &/Or Stone is Finished
Your exterior brick/stone is finished; your dream home is coming along.
Cabinets, Doors, and Trim Woodwork is Complete

Your personality is shining through.
Countertops and tile are Installed
Your closing date will be scheduled for approximately 6 weeks after countertops and tile go in. YOU’RE ON THE FINAL LAP!
Final Mechanical Trims are Started
This includes plumbing, electrical, low voltage, HVAC, hardware & more.
Flooring is Laid
Your carpet/or wood flooring is laid.
Homesite Options Started
Your sod, guttering & any other homesite options you selected are being installed.
Final Touch-Ups
Paint & Drywall touch ups, final cleaning & grading, power washing & much more are getting done. This is a very busy time.
